My name is René Pero. After obtaining my BCom degree, I decided to do my Higher Education Diploma because I always knew my passion for kids will eventually draw me to teaching.

I started my adult life as a teacher at Germiston College teaching Accounting and Entrepreneurship. In 2008 I started CrossRoad Christian Academy, a support center for home scholars of all ages. This enabled me to combine my two passions in life, my love for children and working with numbers teaching Mathematics and Accounting.

Life has taught me that when you love what you do, you never have to dread Mondays!
